Because every product is handmade, slight variations and mild odors may naturally occur.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following policy.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

Before shipping

Orders may be canceled or updated before shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, recalled, or redirected.

Claim Requirements

Contact us within 48 hours.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

• A complete unboxing video
• Your order number

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

What We Cover

Covered situations

• Missing items

• Incorrect items

• Severe shipping damage

• Product defects upon arrival, including obvious tears, holes, or leaking seal areas

Resolution

1. Single-item orders:

•Option (A):Replacement + complimentary gift squishy
• Option (B): Refund

2. Multi-item orders:

• Refund for affected item(s)
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

What Is Not Covered

Product nature

• Heat Exposure

High temperatures may cause softening, deformation, or leakage. Heat-related changes are not covered.

• Crunch Shell Products

Cracks and breakage are part of the Crunch Shell design and are not covered.

• Normal Wear & Tear

The outer skin naturally ages with use. Normal wear, tearing, or leakage caused by use is not covered. Some products may include complimentary spare skins.

• Odor

A slight odor may be present when first opened and usually fades with ventilation. All materials meet applicable safety requirements. Odor preference is not covered.

• Handmade Variations

Small variations, air bubbles, tiny marks, particles, glue marks, or slight differences in color, shape, and size are normal for handmade products and are not considered defects.

• Personal Preference

Color, texture, odor, appearance, expectations, or change-of-mind purchases are not covered.
