About Shipping
All orders are shipped directly from our studio in China.
Every Daifuku product is handmade, carefully inspected, and packed before shipment.
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 8–18 business days from the date of purchase, including processing time, international transportation, customs clearance, and local delivery.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier performance.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.
Customs & Duties
We do not collect customs duties or import taxes at checkout.
Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Changes & Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled or shipping addresses updated before the order enters the shipping process.
Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, recalled, or redirected.
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
Shipping Issues
If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or you believe there may be an issue with your shipment, please contact us.
We will do our best to assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier and help resolve any shipping-related issues whenever possible.
Please note that international shipments may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, flight adjustments, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delays caused by these factors are not eligible for refunds.
