What is Daifuku?
Daifuku is a handmade squishy brand inspired by the soft and comforting Japanese dessert of the same name.
We create squishies that look great, feel amazing, and are hard to put down.
Why handmade?
Because some of the best textures can't be mass-produced.
We choose handmade production because it allows us to create tactile experiences that machines simply cannot replicate.
Are all Daifuku products handmade?
Yes.
Every Daifuku squish is handmade in our workshop.

What is the Daifuku Feel System?
Daifuku Feel System is our signature collection of six unique Feels, each offering a different sensory experience.
What Feel Bases do you offer?
🥥 Coconut Base
Made with coconut oil soap base. Crystal-clear, medium-firm, and highly moldable.
🧈 Butter Base
Made with wood pulp, foaming powder, and essential oil. Dense, rich, and satisfyingly dough-like.
☁️ Cream Base
Made with beeswax, plant oil, and moisturizer. Ultra-soft, fluffy, and irresistibly smooth.
🧩 Crunch Mix Base
Made with Butter Base and small crunchy pieces. Combining a rich base with textured pieces, it offers a satisfyingly crunchy feel, crisp sounds, and layers of tactile enjoyment.
❄️ Slush Base
Made with fine textured particles and a soft base. Cooling, slushy, and uniquely textured.
🫧 Crunch Shell
Made with a crispy wax shell wrapped around a Slush Base center. Crackly on the outside, soft and slushy on the inside, creating a uniquely layered squish experience.
We also offer Sand Fill and Bead Fill products.They're classic squishy favorites and just as fun to play with, although they aren't part of the Daifuku Feel System.
Which Feel is best for beginners?
For most beginners, we recommend starting with Butter Base, Cream Base, or Crunch Shell.
These Feels are easy to enjoy, require less squeezing force, and offer a satisfying experience for most players.
If you prefer stronger resistance, richer textures, and more sensory feedback, you may enjoy Coconut Base, Slush Base, or Crunch Mix Base.
There is no best Feel—only the Feel that feels best to you.

Where is Daifuku currently available?
Daifuku is currently available for purchase in the United States only.
At this time, customers from other countries or regions are unable to place orders. We are working to expand to more markets in the future.

Will my squish look exactly like the photos?
Yes, for the most part.
Because every Daifuku squish is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and small details are completely normal and part of the handmade experience.
What should I do first when my squish arrives?
First, please record a complete unboxing video.
This helps us verify any shipping damage, missing items, incorrect products, or other issues should you ever need after-sales support.
Then, have fun with it.
We'd love to see your first impressions. Share a photo or video on TikTok or Instagram with #daifukusquishy, and include the post link in your next order note. We'll send a small surprise gift as a thank-you whenever possible.
What is the proper way to use my squish?
For the best experience, squeeze your squish using the soft pads of your fingers.
Please avoid using fingernails, sharp objects, or pointed tools, as they may damage the ultra-thin skin and shorten the product's lifespan.
How should I store my squish?
Wrap your squish in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator (not the freezer) when not in use.
Before playing, let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or hot environments, as these may affect the texture and lifespan of your squish.
How do I clean my squish?
You can rinse your squish with clean water when needed.
Avoid soaking it for extended periods or using harsh cleaners, as this may affect the materials over time.
After cleaning, gently pat dry and allow it to air dry before storing.
Why does my squish contain air, and how do I remove it?
Air inside a handmade squish is completely normal and does not indicate a defect.
Air may enter during the handmade filling process, through normal play, from certain product structures, or as materials naturally change over time.
If your squish supports air removal, you can use a disposable syringe to remove excess air. Instructions can be found on the information card included with your order.
Many experienced players actually enjoy adjusting the amount of air inside their squish, as different air levels can create different tactile experiences.
Not every product requires air removal, and we'll clearly indicate this on the product page whenever relevant.

Most major credit and debit cards can also be used securely through PayPal checkout, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
